In addition to his many business accomplishments, Mr. Manning has been the host for the Easter Seals Telethon in Dallas for 17 years, has worked with many top celebrities to help promote their charitable causes, was a leader with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and was a world-wide promoter for World Class Championship Wrestling.

Bryan W. Dorsey

V.P. of Resort Development

Mr. Dorsey manages the real estate research and acquisition for TraVerus resorts. He is the CEO and principal shareholder of Partners Property Corporation, a national real estate investment and development group. Since graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, Bryan has focused his efforts on real estate investing and development throughout North America.

Mr. Dorsey has been responsible for more than 20,000,000 square feet of commercial office, shopping center and multi-family development and investment and more than 16,000 residential lots. Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, CSFB and many other Wall Street based investment firms consult with Mr. Dorsey and he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Mr. Dorsey is also a principal investor in a number of companies focused on internet based distance learning, new media, domestic and international television ventures, travel and related ventures.

Bradford L. Pittenger

V.P. of Business Development

Mr. Pittenger is responsible for TraVerus business development and corporate negotiations. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law. Mr. Pittenger's 20-year legal career has been concentrated on real estate development and acquisition, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and financings and strategic and operational planning.

During his legal and consulting career, Mr. Pittenger has been responsible for more than $7.5 billion of financing, acquisition and disposition transactions. Immediately prior to his consulting and investing career, Mr. Pittenger served as general counsel for a privately held company for 14 years where he assisted the company in growing from $300 million to more than $5 billion in annual sales.

Since 2000, Mr. Pittenger has served as an independent investor, as a strategic operations and planning consultant and provides debt and equity consulting and execution services.

Rick G. Thompson

V.P. of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Thompson is responsible for the development of the TraVerus Travel growth and development.

In 1980 Mr. Thompson departed his position as the President of a Military Brokerage company that was selling in excess of 500M in its clients products.

Mr. Thompson moved into the direct sales arena in 1980 and has never looked back. Starting with Herbal Life and developing sales teams that were in the 40K plus range, Rick worked with key leaders to develop training programs to assist team members in their growth and development.

In December of 1992, Mr. Thompson became one of the charter associates with Alliance USA, building out an organization of over 500K distributors. At that time Alliance was the fastest growing and went on to become the largest nutritional binary company in industry history. It was during this time that Mr. Thompson met David Manning. When Mr. Thompson learned that Mr. Manning was the Founder and CEO at TraVerus, his decision to join the team was very simple to make.
